Terms of Service

Effective date: May 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BD GEO Tracker (the “Service”), operated by BestDid, LLC (“BestDid”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing a license or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, BestDid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. Your license is keyed to the tier you purchase (Starter, Professional, or Agency) and to the seat/usage limits associated with that tier.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or share your license key with any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harvest, scrape, or mass-query third-party services in violation of their terms.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or designed to harm others.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

3. Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed via our reseller at getbdshield.com on an annual basis at the price published on the product page. We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal at any time and retain access through the end of the paid term.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to bypass the limits of your tier. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Service and contacting support. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by BestDid, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the brand, prompt, and competitor data you enter into the Service; you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Third-party AI providers

The Service queries third-party AI search providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity) on your behalf. Their availability, accuracy, and output are outside our control. We make no warranty as to the correctness or completeness of any AI response surfaced through the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTDID, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS CAPPED AT THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your license key, and the updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
